The Brick is Canada’s Number one Home Furnishings Brand and we are looking for a Commercial Sales Professional to join our growing team.

This critical B2B role will service:

Thunder Bay and all of Northwestern Ontario.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual that is excited by unlimited earning potential and have the organizational qualities to manage their own accounts.

Previous sales experience is a strong asset but more importantly, we are looking for a team player with an outgoing personality.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the position is based out of our Thunder Bay location supported by our National Commercial Network.

  • Drive B2B commercial market share growth with a focus on premium and luxury premium appliance brands as well as electronics, office and home furnishings through active solicitation, customer sales presentations, and closing.
  • Meet targets, performance plans, in cooperation with the Director of Sales
  • Meet with Director of Sales one-on-one, to review performance, progress, and targets. (Monthly)
  • Utilize Saleforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotes
  • Provide expertise on high end appliances across varying brands to prospective clients depending on application
  • Analyze sales data for the market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps.
  • In cooperation with the sales Director, create innovative programs for upselling and implement innovative go-to-market strategies in an effort to solicit more sales opportunities within the builder / developer industry and or related trade channels.
