Your Mission:

• Review and process invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Maintain accurate vendor data and address inquiries or payment issues
• Prepare payments via ACH, wires, and checks while upholding internal controls
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP-related accounts regularly
• Support the finance team with journal entries, reporting, and month-end close
• Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with policy
• Contribute to audit preparedness and support compliance activities
• Suggest improvements and help optimize AP processes within the finance function

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of AP or similar finance experience
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices. o Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• High level of integrity and professionalism. o English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bilingualism (French and English) as asset

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
