DETAILS

We are looking for a Business Developer to lead TAKEOFF Creative’s business development in the North American market. Reporting to the BD Director / VP of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new opportunities with gaming brands and publishers, while contributing to the growth of our existing portfolio.

RESPONSABILITIES

Prospect and develop a pipeline of new clients in the North American market (gaming, entertainment, and related brands) Evaluate opportunities and develop sales proposals aligned with the capabilities of our various labels Represent TAKEOFF Creative at international events, trade shows, and client meetings Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and manufacturing teams to ensure consistency between sales promises and delivery capabilities Track and report on sales activity using established processes and tools (CRM, pipeline, forecasts) Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business development team’s sales tools and processes

REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Desired Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, ideally in the gaming, marketing, agency, or entertainment industries Results-oriented, with a proven ability to structure and advance a sales pipeline Strong team player: you know how to collaborate with creative and production teams, not just sell in isolation Comfortable with frequent international travel You understand the value of structured processes for collaborating effectively and growing an organization, without being rigid or bureaucratic Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus Based in Canada or the United States
