CUPE LOCAL 2512 Lunch Hour Supervisor(s) – Supply List – Level 1 Specifics on location/schedule identified below Seniority is not a determining factor The Waterloo Catholic District School Board with a total student population of 38,000, provides services to students in 52 schools (Kindergarten to Grade 12) across the Waterloo Region.
The Board conducts intentional recruitment and selection as it seeks to achieve a state of greater equity for employees and students and to diversify its workforce.

General Description Of Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of students during the lunch period.
Minimum Requirements
- 18 years of age or over;
- Canadian citizen with Social Insurance Number or valid work permit to be eligible to work in Canada
Desirable Assets
- Experience working with children
- Willingness to assume a wide variety of duties;
- Ability to communicate in a sensitive, courteous manner with students, parents, staff and the general public;
- Ability to work as a team player;
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
Salary Range: $28.11 – $29.51 per hour, Level 1 (Compensation Grid effective September 1, 2025)
Hours of Work : 1 hour per day between the hours of 11:00am to 1:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Effective Date: As soon as possible
Weeks/Year: Approx. 41 weeks/year (September – June)
