Your role
- Define, evolve, and govern enterprise architecture practices by integrating AI to transform and modernize workflows.
- Lead and mobilize enterprise architects to deliver value iteratively, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-functional and strategic initiatives by leveraging AI and digital tools to accelerate alignment between business and technology.
- Influence peers and executives to ensure convergence of initiatives around innovation, strategic intent, and measurable outcomes.
- Proactively manage risks related to architectural principles and technical debt, using AI-driven analytics to support decision-making.
- Continuously optimize the quality and speed of architectural deliverables by iterating processes to maximize value creation.
Your team
The Technology Vice-Presidency includes over 100 specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve processes.
Within the Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence, you will be part of a large team reporting to the Chief Architect. Our team stands out for its spirit of innovation, rigor, and ability to transform organizational practices. Prerequisites
- University degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience in architecture, including 5 years as a senior executive or influential IT leader.
- Strong understanding of current trends in digital transformation, particularly regarding artificial intelligence.
- Extensive experience managing cross-functional and strategic initiatives, including influencing and mobilizing at the executive level.
- Proven expertise in managing exceptions and deviations from architectural guiding principles, including risk assessment and mitigation.
- Familiarity and sustained interest in modern digital ecosystems (microservices, cloud, AI, APIs, streaming, security).
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
