A Day in the Life
You’re not just managing a shop — you’re leading it. Expect to:
- Oversee and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring they have what they need to succeed
- Manage daily service requests, work orders, and scheduling to keep operations flowing
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet Flaman’s high standards
- Support customers by providing timely updates, solutions, and a positive service experience
- Work closely with Sales, Parts, and Branch Management to keep communication seamless
- Monitor service performance, identify improvements, and help implement better processes
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Represent the Flaman values of customer responsibility, achievement of goals, and making things better

You’re the Right Fit If…
- You’re a natural leader who enjoys coaching and empowering a team
- You’re organized, level-headed, and great at juggling multiple priorities
- You have experience in service management or leading technicians (agriculture or trailer experience is a bonus!)
- You’re confident communicating with customers, even when situations get tough
- You’re solution-focused and don’t get rattled under pressure
- You understand service operations, scheduling, and workflow management
- You take ownership — if it’s your department, it’s running smoothly
