Role Overview
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies across Binary Stream’s partner ecosystem — including resellers and Microsoft System Integrators. You will build and nurture relationships with key partners to deliver joint marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and enablement for Binary Stream’s solutions.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will influence every stage of the partner journey, from recruitment and onboarding to pipeline acceleration and long-term success, ensuring that partners are empowered to position and sell Binary Stream offerings effectively.
What You Will Do
Partner Strategy & Campaigns
- Design and execute partner marketing initiatives that align with revenue objectives and strengthen our partner network.
- Collaborate with resellers and Microsoft System Integrators to plan and launch co-branded campaigns, webinars, and digital events.
- Align closely with partner sales leadership to support channel priorities and accelerate growth.
Program Management
- Manage the partner journey, developing programs to recruit, enable, and engage partners from first touch through ongoing collaboration.
- Oversee key partner projects, coordinating promotions, content delivery, and follow-up activities through our marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive partner marketing calendar to ensure timely, consistent engagement.
Performance & Insights
- Monitor campaign outcomes, pipeline influence, and ROI to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage and segment the partner database to support targeted campaigns and nurture programs.
- Share insights and recommendations across marketing, sales, and product teams to strengthen overall partner marketing effectiveness.
Collaboration & Advocacy

Act as the primary marketing contact for the partner sales team, supporting joint planning and execution.

Work with content, design, product marketing, and sales enablement teams to deliver assets and resources that help partners succeed.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

5+ years in partner, channel, or B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, positioning, and performance measurement.

Proven success designing and delivering partner or channel marketing programs, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or business applications.

Solid understanding of Microsoft System Integrators or other ERP platforms and reseller channel dynamics.

Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is an asset).

Strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of agile or pragmatic marketing practices is advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
At Binary Stream, we recognize the importance of competitive compensation. We benchmark annually against Canada’s tech sector to ensure our salary ranges remain current and compelling.
Base Salary Hiring Range: $83,000 - $99,600 CAD
This range reflects the starting compensation for new hires in a full-time capacity. Final offers are based on experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. In exceptional cases, compensation above this range may be considered.
Annual Performance-Based Bonus:
Employees are eligible for an annual performance-based bonus that reflects both individual performance and company-wide results.
