NewRoads Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram**,** a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group, is hiring a Special Finance Manager.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sub-Prime / Special Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing growth and profitability.

Responsibilities of a Special Finance Manager role include:
- Establish contact with potential customers and ability to sell to the customers via phone, email, text and other means.
- Understand and document the customer’s needs with detailed notes through the use of our CRM system
- Be consistent with the follow up process and responding to customers’ inquiries in a timely fashion
- Evaluate and assess the customer’s credit history, income potential and ability to pay
- Book appointments with customers to discuss various vehicle financing options along with warranty and aftermarket product options
- Negotiate with customers and lenders in order to secure the loan approvals and build a successful deal structure that’s based on the customer’s unique circumstances and credit situation
- Analyze, prepare, and process the automobile finance approvals
- Collect all the required supporting documents ahead of time to complete the funding process in timely manner
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Ensure compliance with Government and OMVIC regulations
What You Offer:
- Minimum 2 years+ subprime sales experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive sales qualification, pre-approval as well as funding process
- Knowledge of used car market segment, familiarity with vehicles available on the market and understanding of automotive market trends
- Familiarity with the products offered by different subprime lenders, their scoring systems, and other qualifying criteria
- Understanding and hand-on experience with automotive finance process
- Ability to read, analyze, and fully understand credit reports
- Working knowledge of DealerTrack and automotive CRM system
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- OMVIC License is required
