About the role

A senior delivery lead who brings together project management and integrated production while building strong client relationships - protecting creative integrity as teams, timelines, and deliverables come together.

You build trusted relationships with our clients, partners and suppliers, working in lockstep to deliver high-quality outcomes that reflect both creative ambition and operational discipline. This role balances hands-on execution with oversight — supporting cross-functional team members, maintaining workflow efficiency and protecting the integrity of the work along the way.

You’re not just managing tasks. You’re managing relationships, alignment, quality and client confidence. You’ll also help refine studio processes, helping us work smarter as we continue to grow.

Jacknife is looking for an Integrated Producer to join our Account Team. Your strength lies in bringing those ideas to life through smart, structured leadership in production and execution. You’re a strategic thinker with a deep appreciation for branding, design systems and visual storytelling.

With 6–8 years of experience in a fast-moving agency environment, you’re comfortable leading projects end-to-end—presenting confidently to clients, navigating complexity, and guiding teams from brief through delivery.

As the client-facing lead for a large anchor account, you build strong, trusted relationships grounded in a clear understanding of business priorities. You anticipate needs, identify risks early, and connect internal teams around smart, strategic work that moves the client’s business forward.

On any given day, you may be leading the day-to-day client relationship, aligning creative and strategy, solving production challenges, or mentoring junior team members to keep projects moving. You collaborate closely with creative directors, writers, strategists, and external partners to bring bold ideas to life across brand identity, digital, video, packaging, content, social, environmental, and experiential work.

You understand that great design isn’t decoration; it solves problems, creates clarity and builds business value. And you know how to keep projects on track without losing the thread of the idea.

Fit matters to us. You’re solution-focused and easy to work with. Confident without ego. Organized without rigidity. Efficient without cutting corners. You care about doing great work with great people.

We’re fun to work with. You are, too.
