Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management
- Support compensation practices to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
- Assist in annual pay planning, including budget salary planning and bonus accruals.
- Manage incentive plans with accurate calculations and timely payments.
- Conduct job evaluations and provide guidance on compensation policies.
- Contribute to salary structure development and market benchmarking.
- Oversee incentive processing for accuracy and compliance.
Benefits Administration
- Administer benefits and retirement schemes, including health and life insurance, and EAP.
- Support benefits renewal, vendor management, and communication updates.
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations promptly.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment, preparing materials and conducting sessions.
- Liaise with benefits carriers for claims and eligibility issues.
- Develop communications for program changes and respond to employee inquiries.
Pension Plan Administration
- Administer the pension plan, processing contributions and withdrawals per regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant pension legislation.
What You Bring:
- A university degree in Business, Human Resources, or Data Analytics (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in HR focused on compensation and benefits.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel; familiarity with Google Platform is a bonus.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a must.

- Effective stress management and adaptability.
- A proactive approach to achieving goals.
Working Conditions:
