Position Status: Temporary Full-Time (13 months)

Available: Immediately

Description of the Position:

The Associate, One-Time Donor Base Marketing will support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, targeting the one-time (non-recurring) donor base and generating over $4 million in annual revenue. This role will be an active participant on a fast-paced team, joining at an exciting time of growth for this portfolio and for SickKids Foundation.

You will

  • Support the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns to SickKids’ active donor base through all stages: assisting in development of data and creative briefs, managing project timelines and workflow, and liaising with internal and external agency partners for creative feedback rounds, data requirements, quality assurance and deployment;

  • Act as project manager for the One-Time Donor Base Marketing team, including organization of campaign assets and tracking codes, expense and revenue tracking, JIRA project management, communication with internal stakeholders on upcoming campaigns/initiatives, and development of campaign overview summaries to inform internal partners like the Donor Care team;

  • Leverage AI tools to support marketing creative development, reporting enhancements and process automation

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact with agencies and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution;

  • Support campaign reporting and analysis, including strong collaboration with internal Business Analytics teams and external partners;

  • Manage execution of campaign elements including the development of custom landing pages, collaboration with agency partners on email deployment, and ongoing tracking and analysis;

  • Support initiatives to enhance the donor journey, working with agency partners, internal stakeholders and Salesforce;

  • Remain current on all aspects of emerging marketing trends including AI integrations, and other areas affecting the marketing team’s business;

  • Be an effective collaborator and team player, and adhere to the Foundation values and policies.

Qualifications:

While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role:

  • 2+ years experience managing complex Marketing campaigns and projects;

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field;

  • Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, under tight timelines

  • Have in-depth understanding of direct marketing channels, including email and direct mail;

  • Experience using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) in a variety of use cases, including process automation/simplification, creative development, and/or reporting

  • Experience in data and analysis, and strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel;

  • Experience in data segmentation, database management, and experience and/or interest in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

  • Experience with budget tracking and invoice management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute multiple projects within tight timelines and proactively anticipate and respond to team needs;

  • Team player mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with other Foundation teams;

  • High level of passion and enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently and proactively.

Total Compensation Package:

Hiring Salary Range: $70,056.00-$82,418.00; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $98,902.00. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Associate, One-Time Donor Base Marketing role.

Hours: 35-hour work week with a hybrid schedule (3 days remote, 2 days on-site) Flexible work options are available.
