The Role

We’re looking for a Web/UI/UX Designer with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a passion for user-centric design. You'll work across departments to deliver compelling, responsive, and conversion-optimized interfaces for our ecommerce platform, landing pages, content modules, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive web pages, UI components, and layouts for ecommerce and lead-gen funnels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create seamless digital experiences
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability evaluations to inform design decisions
• Translate brand and campaign goals into intuitive, visually rich UI/UX design
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable components
• Work with devs to ensure design fidelity in implementation (Figma > Frontend)
• Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and changing user needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web and UI/UX design (preferably in ecommerce or fintech)
• Proficient in Figma (and similar tools), Adobe Creative Suite, basic prototyping
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend feasibility (coding not required, but helpful)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first, responsive design and user flows
• Experience with optimizing for conversions (CRO) and user retention
• Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments with cross-functional teams

Bonus Points

• Experience with Shopify, Wordpress, Webflow, or other similar platforms
• Familiarity with SEO best practices in design
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) guidelines
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
