Department: Operations: Quote-to-Cash & Financial Applications
Location: Remote (EMEA, LATAM, NORAM)
Role Summary We’re looking for a CRM Solutions Lead – QTC Processes to drive the maturity and optimization of Lansweeper’s global Salesforce and Quote‑to‑Cash (QTC) landscape. This hybrid role blends hands‑on Salesforce development (80%) with solution design and architecture ownership (20%), contributing directly to our Digital Sales, Renewals, and FinOps initiatives.
You’ll play a critical part in defining and evolving our CRM backbone, ensuring process efficiency, system scalability, and a seamless customer and internal user experience.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with Lansweeper's digital sales and renewal architecture.
- Support and optimize end to end QTC flows including lead management, quoting, subscription management, billing, and financial synchronization CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Integration teams to ensure smooth process handoffs across systems.
- Participate actively in digital transformation projects, contributing to both architectural discussions and hands on technical delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process standardization across CRM and QTC ecosystems.
- Oversee day to day Salesforce operations (BAU), ensuring stability, data integrity, and user enablement.
- Document and communicate system designs, data flows, and best practices while mentoring team members to strengthen CRM capabilities.
Job requirements
What You’ll Bring Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, APIs/integrations).
- Proven expertise in Quote‑to‑Cash processes: lead‑to‑opportunity, quoting, subscription management, and billing.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations between CRM, ERP, and financial platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Understanding of data modeling, governance, and system performance optimization in Salesforce.
- Experience with tools like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Billing, ChargeBee/Maxio and automation platforms (Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Background in SaaS, subscription, or digital sales environments.
Nice‑to‑have
- Experience with subscription management tools or customer‑facing portals.
- Exposure to CPQ/Billing implementations or FinOps‑related integrations.
- Comfort working in hybrid business/technical teams across multiple systems.
The Ideal A‑Player
- Thinks end‑to‑end, connecting CRM design to business outcomes across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and ownership, not just delivery.
- Proactively identifies ways to automate and simplify processes.
- Communicates confidently and builds alignment among cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Contributes to a culture of learning and collaboration by mentoring others.

About Lansweeper
Gain full visibility into your IT, OT, and IoT assets.
Managing IT has never been a bigger challenge. Hardware, software, and users can be anywhere at any time, making IT environments extremely dynamic and often complex. A simple question has become challenging: ‘Who is using what device?’
IT managers must often make decisions based on scattered, out-of-date, and incomplete data sources. How can you effectively manage an organization's IT if you’re not 100% sure of what assets you have to manage in the first place?
This question inspired Lansweeper and still drives us today. We believe that answering this question is crucial to tackling and simplifying many IT professionals' daily challenges.
Centralized IT Asset Data enables every stakeholder who needs insights into your company’s IT landscape to speak the same language. Connecting and centralizing IT Asset Data to collaborate across silos, locations, and departments is essential.
Eliminate the blind spots from your environment and discover assets you didn't know about. Lansweeper's IT Inventory Platform provides the means to achieve complete visibility into your IT, centralized into one solution, helping you gain an in-depth understanding of your entire IT estate.
Lansweeper substantially reduces the time IT teams spend on routine yet critical assignments, such as network discovery, inventory, software distribution, licensing, and updates. This task automation is essential for organizations with restricted staff and IT spending plans. Reveal needless expenses, support budgeting decisions, and manage your IT cost-effectively with Lansweeper.
The basic premise of good cybersecurity is that you can’t protect what you can’t see. So, the critical first step in basic cyber hygiene is to maintain the visibility of your IT environments and develop relevant daily routines for inspecting and verifying them.
