Role Description
Are you passionate about B2B field marketing, high-impact engagement strategies, and creating experiences that truly resonate with professional clients?
Join our marketing team and play a key role in developing and executing innovative activation strategies designed to strengthen brand awareness, acquisition, and retention among our Pro customers.
As a Marketing Specialist – Pro Activations & Engagement, you’ll act as a true orchestrator, collaborating closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives across all our B2B touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities

Activate the brand among Pro customers through integrated campaigns, events, promotions, and engaging experiential initiatives.

Understand the business needs of the categories under your responsibility and the specific requirements of each channel in order to build high-performing activation plans.

Analyze and optimize the Pro customer journey to maximize retention and drive new customer acquisition.

Contribute to the development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies, ensuring message consistency and relevance across every touchpoint.

Plan, coordinate, and manage events and promotional activities, ensuring the quality of the experience and the effectiveness of deployed actions.

Manage the activations budget, track expenses, and maximize the return on investment of initiatives.

Write clear and inspiring briefs for creative teams and marketing partners.

Monitor market trends, best practices, and competitive initiatives to provide proactive and innovative recommendations.

Measure and analyze campaign and activation results, sharing insights to continuously improve performance.
Skills and Qualifications We’re Looking For

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project coordination.
-
Passion for experiential marketing, brand activations, and omnichannel communication.
-
Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
-
Analytical mindset and business acumen to turn data into actionable insights.
-
Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to propose new ideas that make an impact.
-
Excellent adaptability, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken (Frequent communications with internal/external partners and/or clients/employees outside of Québec)
