What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound leads from chat, phone, and email into successful sales through consultative, customer-focused conversations.
- Assess customer needs, budgets, and design preferences to recommend the best pergola and accessory solutions.
- Build strong product expertise across our full assortment, including lighting, screens, and smart control add-ons.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell premium upgrades to enhance customer experience and increase order value.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including customer information, follow-up steps, and sales activity.
What You’ll Bring
- Entry-level experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within high-ticket or consultative selling environments.
- Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills that build trust and rapport quickly.
- Confidence in handling objections using persuasive, value-driven reasoning.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for helping customers find the right solution.
