The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities, Fleet, and Travel Program Lead to oversee all aspects of building services across our operational pipeline. This role is critical in ensuring our facilities are safe, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
The successful candidate will manage relationships with landlords, coordinate maintenance activities, support real estate operations, and lead our fleet and travel programs.
What You Will Do Facilities Management
- Oversee day-to-day building operations across all company facilities
- Manage landlord relationships, lease agreements, and service contracts
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Support space planning, budgeting, office moves, and facility upgrades
- Project management for office renovations and general setup
Real Estate Operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on real estate strategy and execution
- Assist in site selection, lease negotiations, and occupancy planning
- Maintain documentation and reporting for real estate assets
Fleet Management
- Lead the company’s vehicle fleet program oversight
- Ensure compliance with registration, insurance, and safety standards
- Monitor fleet performance and implement cost-effective solutions
Travel Program Leadership
- Manage the corporate travel program, including policy development, vendor relationships, and agreements with preferred vendors
- Optimize the travel program through strategic vendor partnerships and cost management, ensuring traveler safety and satisfaction
- Provide reporting and insights to support travel decisions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 5 years of experience in leading facilities management, real estate, or operations
- Experience managing vehicle fleets and corporate travel programs is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
