About the Opportunity Are you an experienced consultant or consulting practice owner looking to expand your service offering and deliver larger enterprise transformation programmes?

Lean Six Sigma Bureau (LSSB) is expanding its network of independent consulting partners. We are seeking experienced professionals who already work with consulting clients and want to strengthen their delivery capabilities through accredited Lean Six Sigma training, certification resources, and enterprise-ready programme support.

This is an independent contractor opportunity designed for established consultants who wish to collaborate with LSSB while continuing to operate their own consulting practice.

About Lean Six Sigma Bureau Lean Six Sigma Bureau (LSSB) provides accredited Lean Six Sigma training, certification, and operational excellence solutions to organizations worldwide. We collaborate with experienced consultants to help organizations build sustainable continuous improvement capabilities across multiple industries.

Responsibilities As an Independent Consultant, you will: Deliver accredited Lean Six Sigma training programmes from White Belt through Master Black Belt. Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives for corporate clients. Facilitate workshops, coach project teams, and support executive sponsors. Implement governance frameworks, project portfolios, and performance management systems. Collaborate with LSSB on client engagements requiring additional expertise or delivery capacity. Continue developing long-term relationships with your existing and future clients as an independent consultant.

Qualifications We're looking for professionals who have: An established consulting practice or significant independent consulting experience. A minimum of two years' experience delivering Lean, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement services. An active portfolio of corporate, mid-market, or enterprise clients. Demonstrated success delivering Lean Six Sigma projects, training programmes, or business transformation initiatives. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and business development skills. Capacity to support additional client engagements over the coming 6–12 months.

Preferred qualifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification. Experience delivering transformation programmes. Experience developing long-term consulting relationships with business clients.
