Summary Are you passionate about driving sales performance and enhancing customer experience? Join our team as a Sales Operations Business Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in aligning sales strategy with customer needs across our Distribution and OEM business units in the US, Canada, and Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a measurable impact on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-Centric Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales teams to develop accurate, forward-looking demand forecasts that reflect customer needs and market trends.
- Sales-Focused Financial Forecasting: Analyze key financial and sales metrics to deliver insightful monthly forecasts that guide strategic decisions.
- Corporate Account Support: Partner with internal account teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery for key customers.
- Sales Project Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives that improve sales outcomes, ensuring projects are executed on time and deliver real value.
- Opportunity Funnel Management: Own and enhance tools that support pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, and conversion strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions that unite sales, marketing, and customer service teams around shared goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize sales processes and elevate the customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations, strategic planning, or business analysis
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales performance and customer impact
- Experience managing cross-functional projects that drive sales and improve customer experience
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement in a sales context
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially in customer-facing or sales team environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on sales outcomes and customer value
