Senior Construction Project Manager
Lead One of Atlantic Canada's Most Iconic Developments l Halifax, NS

What You'll Do
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you'll take ownership of major project phases from pre-construction through turnover, driving exceptional execution every step of the way. You'll work closely with site teams, consultants, trade partners and executive leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
Lead the successful delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects from planning through completion. Drive project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts and financial performance. Partner with Site Superintendents to ensure seamless coordination between field and office operations. Build strong relationships with consultants, trade partners and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. Anticipate challenges before they become problems, developing practical solutions that protect schedule and budget. Champion quality, safety and operational excellence across every stage of construction. Mentor and support project team members while helping build a high-performing in-house construction group.
