About the role
This role is focused on supporting the market entry of a B2B SaaS company into the Italian trades sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in developing and executing a targeted public relations strategy to build visibility and trust within the Italian business environment. The position is remote and requires close collaboration with strategic communications to ensure the company’s story resonates with key stakeholders and drives successful expansion in one of Europe’s largest industries.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy tailored to the Italian market for a B2B SaaS product. Identify and engage with relevant media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers in Italy. Craft compelling press releases, case studies, and thought leadership content to highlight the company’s value proposition. Coordinate interviews, media briefings, and speaking opportunities for company representatives. Monitor media coverage and provide regular reporting on PR campaign effectiveness. Advise on local market trends, cultural nuances, and best practices for communications in the Italian trades sector. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience in public relations for B2B SaaS companies, with a strong track record of successful market entry campaigns. Deep understanding of the Italian business landscape, media environment, and cultural context. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English. Ability to translate complex technology and business concepts into clear, engaging stories for diverse audiences. Strong network of media contacts within Italy, particularly in the trades and technology sectors. Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote setting. Familiarity with digital PR tools, analytics, and reporting platforms.
