About The Role We are recruiting for a Senior Business Development Leader to drive growth for a global digital services organization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the U.S. market, using Toronto as the primary operating base.

Drive new business across the company’s full services portfolio, including:

Consulting-led delivery advisory
-
Agile team augmentation
-
BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) models
-
Digital product design and development services
-
Build and nurture trusted relationships with technology, product, and innovation executives (Director, VP, C-suite) across fintech and digital platform sectors in the U.S.

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution shaping, negotiation, and onboarding.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership and nearshore delivery teams to design tailored client solutions.

Represent the firm at industry events, lead outbound demand generation, and expand the company’s presence in target markets.

Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Maintain an in-office presence in Toronto and travel regularly to the U.S. for client meetings and business development (minimum ~10 days/month).
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of successful enterprise sales experience in digital services, agile delivery, team augmentation, or BOT engagements.
- Strong knowledge of the fintech, banking, or regulated digital platform ecosystem in the U.S.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile squads, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience selling service-based models rather than one-off products or licenses.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience working with nearshore or multi-time-zone delivery teams.
- Highly independent, self-driven, and disciplined in managing pipelines and forecasting.
- Based in Toronto, ON, with the ability to travel frequently to the U.S.
- U.S. citizenship or a valid U.S. work visa is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
