Clinical Quality Manager – Reproductive Medicine
About the role
The Quality Manager is accountable for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance, enhancing quality initiatives, and supporting operational excellence across the facility.
Design, implement, and continuously monitor an integrated Quality Management System .Coordinate and manage accreditation and certification processes, including CPSO – OPHI PCPSO – IH Accreditation Canada Health Canada AABB
Ensure full compliance with applicable federal and provincial regulations, including (but not limited to) MOL, MOE, and Health Canada requirements. Provide oversight and governance for key committees, including Safety, Patient Care, Leadership & Partnership, and Quality Assurance
The existing quality framework relies on outdated paper-driven processes, presenting a need to transition toward a more efficient, digitally enabled system
Qualifications Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree Minimum of 5 years of experience within an IVF clinic or laboratory environment
