What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, reviewing, and supporting geotechnical investigations and design work
- Interacting with clients, building lasting relationships, and shaping new opportunities
- Managing projects technically, financially, and strategically
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on diverse projects
- Support in mentoring and developing our up-and-coming geotechnical professionals
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering or engineering geology
- Strong technical skills across areas such as slope stability, retaining walls, foundations, earthworks, and ground improvement
- A knack for problem-solving and delivering practical, high-value solutions
- Proven ability to manage clients, projects, and relationships effectively
- Ideally, familiarity with local ground conditions in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region
