Title - Senior Developer MUST-HAVE Hard Skills: 1.) 10+ years of back-end development experience 2.) Strong backend fundamentals, such as distributed system design, API design, container orchestration, and familiarity with MVCC concepts etc. 3.) 5+ years of Web development experience 4.) 10+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience 5.) 5+ years of experience using Kafka, Postgres, and Kubernetes experience
SOFT SKILLS: 1.) Very strong and clear communication (written and verbal) 2.) Strong problem-solving skills 3.) Strong facilitation skills 4.) Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment 5.) Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
NICE-TO-HAVE
Familiarity with iOS and Android native development concepts, such as app lifecycle, push notifications, xcode and code signing, etc. Cordova/Ionic v1 (AngularJS) Redis Banking or financial institution experience
