The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of projects from initiation through completion. This role is critical in ensuring projects stay on schedule, resources are properly coordinated, and communication flows efficiently across all stakeholders. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and play a key role in driving smooth project delivery. What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage project scheduling and coordination from start to finish, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met Enter, update, and track project leads and active projects in Salesforce and internal systems Schedule all trades, customer visits, and internal resources using Outlook and project management tools Ensure all stakeholders are aligned, informed, and updated on project timelines and scheduling changes Serve as the central communication hub between field teams, operations, and leadership Coordinate equipment and material delivery timelines in collaboration with the Field Service Manager Maintain accurate project tracking, status updates, documentation, and reporting Identify and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or project bottlenecks to support seamless execution Assist with ongoing workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery
What You Need To Be Successful:
Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations support within construction, plumbing, heating, HVAC, or a related industry Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience using Salesforce, CRM systems, or industry-specific project management software Familiarity with plumbing/heating project workflows, scheduling tools, and reporting systems is considered a strong asset Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $85,000
