Canterbury is seeking a highly motivated Quality Technician to support the Manufacturing team at our Richmond branch as a full-time, permanent member of the team.
As a part of the Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for conducting and documenting lab analyses of raw materials & finished products. You will also continuously perform and verify on-line sampling and quality checks of products ensuring the highest quality output.
You have:
- Post-secondary education, BSc, Bachelors/Diploma in Food Science/Technology, or equivalent is preferred
- Lab training and experience
- SQF, HACCP, and GMP training
You are great at:

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

The company's core business is the roasting, packaging and sale of specialty grade coffees and related beverage products to the foodservice, coffee house and grocery segments through a network of Canterbury operated sales and distribution branches and a number of authorized distributors across Canada.
