About the role
We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable web applications and microservices in a hybrid work setting based in Toronto. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern frontend and backend frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Python. You will be responsible for delivering full-stack solutions across cloud-native platforms, containerized environments, and CI/CD-enabled development lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs
- Implement backend logic using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Develop UI components or backend services using React, Node.js, or Python
- Design and build microservice architectures for scalable applications
- Migrate applications from on-premises to cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, architects, and DevOps teams
- Apply best practices for version control, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure system quality and reliability
Technical Profile
- Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot
- React.js, Node.js, or Python (minimum 5 years in one)
- RESTful API development
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.39/hour - $50.61/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
