Industra Construction Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of complex construction projects across Ontario.

We are looking for an experience Project Manager with a background in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Pump Stations, Heavy Civil, Industrial, or closely related infrastructure projects. Experience in these environments is essential, as our projects involve complex civil and mechanical construction requiring a strong understanding of heavy infrastructure.

While we value experience gained in sectors such as rail, roads/highways, residential, commercial, or high-rise construction, these backgrounds alone are unlikely to provide the specific experience required for this role. If your experience is primarily in these sectors, this position may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and client expectations. Oversee coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Contract Administration & Documentation

Manage all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes. Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reporting systems.

Procurement & Subcontractor Management

Lead procurement activities including material sourcing, pricing, and subcontractor selection. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Cost Control & Reporting

Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking. Lead monthly reporting, progress billing, and financial reviews. Monitor project performance across schedule, cost, manpower, safety, and quality.

Site & Stakeholder Management

Provide leadership and support to site teams, including Superintendents. Conduct site visits as required to ensure project alignment and performance. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in construction project management. Experience delivering civil, industrial, infrastructure, or structural projects preferred. Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Travel

This role supports projects across Ontario and may also provide support to projects throughout Eastern Canada. As a result, candidates must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites, spending time in the field working alongside our operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Salary: $120,000-$180,000 plus Quarterly Bonus

Our Toronto office is conveniently located in Mississauga with quick access to major highways including the 401, 403, and 410, making commuting easy from across the GTA. It’s ideally situated for those coming from Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, and Vaughan, with a location that helps avoid heavy downtown Toronto traffic. The office is also close to Pearson International Airport, making it well-suited for project travel.
