Crafted Highlights
In the role of Technician - Ends working in Golden, CO, you will be responsible for keeping yourself and your coworkers safe, working with a highly skilled team, collaboration across all departments, operating high speed equipment, Quality Assurance checks, Autonomous Maintenance as well as general GMP
This position reports to the Line Lead.
What You’ll Be Brewing
- Contributes to a safe work environment by performing all tasks in accordance with O.S.H.A., Lock-out/Tag-out/Try-out safety rules & Molson Coors policies and regulations.
- Works as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member.
- Ability to operate high speed electro-mechanical equipment, conduct equipment inspections and repair mechanical assemblies to insure conformance to specifications or production requirements.
- Performs set-up, adjustment, and timing of mechanical equipment.
- Ability to input and interpret quality specifications and SPC data utilizing computer programs including Infinity and Excel
- Utilizes the appropriate personal communication and interaction skills required to work with others in a team-based environment.
- Performs minor preventative, corrective maintenance (autonomous maintenance), break fix situations, troubleshoots and takes appropriate action to resolve issues, ensuring that the equipment is producing quality product in a timely manner.
- Possesses the basic mechanical and technical skills to accomplish the required machine adjustments and maintenance.
- Reads and correctly interprets and follows job procedures, work instructions, as well as special notices and/or instructions and is capable to interpret the instructions, relaying that information accurately to other individuals.
Key Ingredients
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Strong oral and written communication and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to accurately read and follow instructions & perform mathematical calculations.
- Basic computer skills to include use of Microsoft Office suite.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (days/nights).
