The Opportunity: A High-Impact Mission

Are you a heavy equipment sales pro tired of selling the same old parts into saturated markets? Millstream Engineering is not just selling parts—we're revolutionizing heavy equipment maintenance. We design and produce advanced polymer bearings, bushings, and wear components that eliminate greasing, slash maintenance costs, and drastically reduce expensive equipment downtime.

This is a market-building opportunity. Our product is unique, and while it's a proven cost-saver, it needs an aggressive, entrepreneurial leader to introduce it to the right customers. We’re looking for a hunter who sees an entire industry ripe for disruption.

What You Will Be Selling (The Unmatched Value)

You will be the tip of the spear, introducing a game-changing value proposition to owners and manufacturers of large equipment:

  • The End of Greasing: Permanently eliminate a time-consuming and costly maintenance headache.
  • Massive Cost Savings: Prove to customers that your product results in immediate, quantifiable reductions in operational expense.
  • Maximum Uptime: Dramatically lower the high cost of replacement and maintenance downtime, keeping fleets on the job and profitable.

Who You Will Target (Your Battlefield)

Your primary focus will be closing high-value accounts where maintenance costs matter most:

  • OEM Manufacturers looking for a competitive edge and superior product in their equipment.
  • Large Fleet Owners in waste management (garbage trucks), off-highway equipment (mining, construction, agriculture), specialized vehicles (snow-plows, concrete mixers & pump trucks), and other heavy-duty mechanical equipment.
  • Equipment Rental and Repair Shops wanting to reduce turnaround time and extend maintenance intervals to keep equipment in the field longer

What We're Looking For (The Entrepreneurial Sales Hunter)

You are not looking for a typical account management role. You are a market builder:

  • Experienced Closer: Proven experience selling parts or related components to the heavy equipment industry. You speak the language of operators, mechanics and fleet maintenance managers.
  • Aggressive & Proactive: You thrive on opening new doors, cultivating a pipeline from scratch, and closing deals that build market share.
  • Technical Aptitude: You can quickly grasp the product's technical advantages and translate them into bottom-line financial benefits for the customer.
  • Self-Starter: You view a lesser-known product as an opportunity, not a challenge. You are prepared to be an evangelist and own your territory's success.
