Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cluster Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple railway infrastructure projects within a defined geographic cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in railway project management, including civil, track, signaling, and/or systems integration. The role requires excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of all project elements.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project execution within the assigned cluster (stations, tracks, signaling, electrification, etc.).
Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Team & Stakeholder Management Manage multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients (e.g., Indian Railways, Metro Rail Corporations), and government agencies.
Conduct regular project review meetings and progress updates.
Risk & Quality Management Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality control and safety procedures.
Oversee audits, inspections, and certifications as required.
Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients.
Maintain project documentation in line with regulatory and company standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in managing railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of Indian Railways standards, IRCON/RITES/DMRC specifications, and project execution practices.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects or sub-projects across various sites.
Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project / Primavera.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and legal compliances in railway/infrastructure projects.
