Reporting to the Director of Estimation and Customer Service, the incumbent is responsible for carrying out various tasks related to project management within Laurier Architectural, our Laurier-Station plant.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate project kick-offs with clients
• Coordinate projects with internal teams
• Organize post-mortem meetings with clients and internal teams
• Ensure project follow-up between stakeholders (internal, client, supplier)
• Interpret client requests for price quotations
• Provide support to the customer service team regarding projects and quotes
• Offer technical support to various stakeholders (architects, internal and external clients)

Profile we are looking for:

• Experience in the glass industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (an asset)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Bilingual in English and French
• Customer-focused approach
