The Director of Web Strategy will be the single, accountable owner of our marketing website, treating it as a core growth product rather than a technical asset. You'll define the vision, align stakeholders across a multi-team environment, and ensure the website consistently drives acquisition, pipeline, and conversion. You'll set strategy at the top and stay close enough to execution to unblock your team, challenge assumptions, and push the organization toward modern, AI-forward ways of working.
What You'll Do
-Own the website as a growth platform. Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution and customer acquisition. Establish the metrics that connect website performance to business outcomes. -Be the cohesive owner. Serve as the central coordination point for performance marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, design, and engineering. Align competing priorities into a single, coherent website strategy and hold the line on it. -Elevate the experience. Ensure the site delivers a best-in-class B2B buyer journey from awareness through conversion. Partner with design and product marketing to build compelling product storytelling that reflects what AgencyAnalytics does and stands for. -Drive a modern operating model. Actively identify and implement AI tools and automation to improve how the team plans, experiments, and ships. Challenge legacy ways of working and help the team develop a new standard for velocity and efficiency. -Lead execution and the team. Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery with the dev team. Lead and develop a team of four across CRO and front-end development, setting clear priorities while empowering them to execute and innovate.

What You'll Bring
- 5+ years leading website strategy or digital growth in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
- A track record of owning a marketing website as a strategic growth channel, with accountability for outcomes
- Experience cutting through stakeholder complexity and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared direction
- Hands-on curiosity about AI tools and automation — and a history of using them to improve how teams operate
- Strong understanding of CRO, experimentation, and the full B2B buyer journey
- Comfort working closely with developers on sprint planning, delivery, and accountability - without being in the weeds
- A strategic mindset paired with operational discipline: you can set the vision and make sure it ships
