- Support and/or lead the contracts lifestyle management process for assigned programs.
- Review and analyze submitted documents for accuracy, compliance and alignment with the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Manage deadlines associated with all assigned projects and follow up as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Close reviews, following closing procedure to ensure tracking of fully executed records.

Essential Job Functions:
- Drafts and structures contracts/subcontracts and related documents and modifications thereto
- Negotiates contract/subcontract agreements to include Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements, and Commercial and Government prime contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders, tailoring terms and conditions as required.
- Supports proposal process to include reviewing major customer requests for proposal via a compliance matrix tool, coordinating with appropriate departments as necessary.
- Advises management and program team of contractual rights and obligations in accordance with contract/subcontract terms, and other government regulations; identifies and mitigates associated risk.
- Research contracting/subcontracting matters and provides sound business advice and counsel to internal management and functional departments
- Reviews and submits/receives contract/subcontract deliverables and requirements to ensure adherence to contract/subcontract requirements.
- Routinely interacts with senior internal and external personnel.
- Assist and/or lead in activities and tasks related to export control and related export compliance measures.
- Working directly with internal Field Aviation departments on a day-to-day basis (i.e. Program Management, HR, Operations, Engineering and Finance) to ensure that financial milestones and billings are met and processed as per the applicable contractual agreements.
- Assisting the Vice President and Senior Management with special projects, as applicable.
- Traveling in support of the company’s Business Development /Sales campaigns, negotiations and program review meetings world-wide.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of (10) years of contract/subcontract management experience in aviation / aerospace / manufacturing industries.
- Experience working with large government and commercial contracts.
- Experience working with Canadian and International Government terms and conditions (such as the Canadian SACC and US FAR/DFARS).

- Applicants must be eligible to Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance in order to assume this position, as well as secure other Canadian PWGSC security clearances (as required).
