Job Description
Are you known for your rigor, analytical skills, and attention to detail? Do you enjoy working with data while collaborating closely with different teams? Join our Sales Enablement team and contribute actively to the performance of our organization.
Your Role
As a Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and ongoing maintenance of our centralized customer database, particularly with respect to network affiliations (primary and secondary) and ownership groups (multi-branch locations).
You will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Leadership teams by providing accurate and reliable information, and you will actively participate in the management and payment process of rebates and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate customer accounts to the appropriate networks;
-
Ensure data accuracy for reporting and rebate calculations
-
Ensure rebate and promotion payment requests are properly submitted, received, and processed;
-
Support analysts with their analyses and operational needs;
-
Maintain and validate data required for various reports;
-
Provide affiliation reports to BMA Analysts and to our Sales & Leadership Teams;

Provide support to internal UAP Teams related to our customers, rebates & programs / promotions.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
-
College diploma (DEC) or equivalent;
-
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
-
Experience in data management, rebate administration, or sales support (an asset);
-
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken. In this role, you will regularly collaborate with internal partners across Canada;
-
Proficiency with the following tools: CCM, SAM (Internal Rebate Calculation Tool), COGNOS Query Studio, and COGNOS Data Pack.
