Responsibilities: Maintaining ongoing bidding process through online computer system as prompted by Auctioneer. Accurately enters vehicle and sale information into computer on the auction block during the sale. Ensures that company policies and procedures are always followed. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with our policy. Practice and always promote teamwork. Maintain a good flow of communication with all auction personnel. Perform all duties assigned by the Manager or designated manager. Educational Requirements or Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent in education with previous office experience. One (1) year of clerical experience with minimum intermediate computer skills and accurate data entry skills required. Must have excellent communication, keyboarding skills and the ability to multitask. Must be able to stay focused in a fast-paced, very noisy environment. Must be able to work all Thursdays during the day. Must have driver’s license and own transportation as public transportation is not available to our location.
