As a stakeholder in the sales team, the Customer Service and Business Operations Coordinator ensures the coordination of customer orders from order entry to shipping. He collaborates with various departments within the organization to provide a positive customer experience and achieve target service levels. The Coordinator also supports the sales and product development teams within multidisciplinary teams by providing administrative support and participating in various related projects and tasks.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL:
- Process customer orders (sales advice to maximize shipments, internal validations, and data entry into the Business Central system);
- Collaborate with other departments; Business development (following up with existing customers and supporting new account openings, developing pricing strategies, etc.);
- Ensure maintenance of the customer card database in the Business Central system;
- Complete various reports and analyses as needed by clients and the department;
- Write various documents and memos intended for clients;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes;
- Contribute to the investigation of various complaints and claims from customers;
- Support the team in various tasks (developing specifications sheets, organizing events, preparing samples, various projects);
- Perform several other related tasks.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM:
- Training in Administrative Techniques or equivalent and/or Bachelor's degree in administration or communication - an asset
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingualism (spoken and written);
- Experience in B2B customer service (an asset);
- Knowledge of the Business Central system (an asset);
- Proficiency with computers in general (web browsing, various software and applications, etc.);
- Experience in a public company (an asset);
- Professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail are essential.
