Position Summary/Objective:
The Catalog Quality Analyst will oversee all capacities of product data analysis to ensure the accuracy and thoroughness in content and presentation on websites to offer the best-in-class digital catalogs for our members. The Catalog Quality Analyst will review all Canadian catalog entries and ensure the data entered aligns with the quality and guidelines set forth by the Merchandising Managers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Prioritize and plan work according to importance of brand to client base
-
Audit and analyze current catalog content, categories, and schemas to ensure all entries meet the Appliance/CE guidelines and standards
-
Manage the Canadian Bug Ticket Dashboard and ensure all reported issues are addressed in a timely manner
-
Audit new SKU entries in both English and French to ensure all data is accurate and product standards were met.

Continually work to improve data analysis efficiency, offering feedback, ideas, and suggestions to Manager
-
Assist Catalog Data Specialists with product data when needed to offer support and guidance on how to manage data entry
-
Provide direct and indirect feedback to Managers and Associates to help improve SKU input in LINQ and identify areas for improvement
-
Attend all virtual meetings scheduled by Manager, including, but not limited to, weekly meetings
-
Respond to all communications in a timely manner via email, Teams chat or channels, etc.

Execute additional tasks as assigned by Manager
Required Skills and Abilities:

Must have strong Excel knowledge and skills
-
Must be fluent in French and English
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
-
Self-motivated perfectionist with a keen eye for detail

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude
Education and Experience:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
-
2 or more years of experience with data entry, data integrity and/or product data
-
High level of Microsoft Excel experience required
Physical Requirements**:**

Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
NOTE: This full-time position will work with AVB as an Employee of Record through Deel Canada Services, Inc***. Deel will provide the selected candidate with an Employment Agreement and will be responsible for the processing of payroll, benefits, and any discretionary incentive plans. Benefits are provided through Deel and include health insurance, paid vacation time and 15 paid Holidays. The position will report directly to an AVB Manager and will be subject to all AVB policies and procedures. The working hours are 40 hours per week based on an 8-hour working day from Monday to Friday.***
