The Service Advisor is the dealership’s front-line guest relations and service sales representative. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while identifying service and maintenance needs, providing professional recommendations, and ensuring a seamless service visit from start to finish.

As a Lexus Service Advisor you are responsible for
Promptly welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Listen to guest concerns and accurately document service requirements. Provide clear and accurate estimates for recommended maintenance and repair work. Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to document vehicle condition and identify items that may require attention. Present maintenance recommendations based on the manufacturer's schedule. Keep guests informed throughout the service process and ensure all questions are answered. Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
1 - 2 years experience delivering a highly guest-focused service experience within a luxury automotive dealership environment.
Experience working with Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs and customer satisfaction metrics.
Valid G drivers license.

About Erin Park Lexus Toyota
Erin Park Toyota opened back in 1987 as one of the first dealerships in the Erin Mills Automotive Centre. In 1991, we expanded to include the Lexus brand with the introduction of the LS400 and ES250 to Canada. Erin Park Lexus Toyota was created and the two brands worked side-by-side in the same location for over a decade. In 2004, Lexus was granted a standalone location down the street from the original dealership. With the move, the Toyota showroom was given a new face and a new Toyota Truck showroom.
When the dealership first opened, it served mostly South-western Mississauga and Eastern Oakville. Today, Erin Park Toyota has become one of the largest volume Toyota dealerships in the province of Ontario. We have both our excellent staff and customers to thank for our success. We are dedicated to providing our guests with experiences that will not only meet, but exceed all of their expectations.
