Working in our delivery space, you’ll be helping bring the project vision to life. You’ll be closely working with our Implementation Consultants and Customers to ensure that the project is on scope, on time and on budget.

About The Role This role is responsible for supporting our customers through the full project lifecycle from sales to Customer Support handover. You will assist with resource and project schedules as part of the presales process and develop the PID/PMP and define work packages as part of the project initiation. This role is heavily customer facing and responsible for:

  • Planning and manage end-to-end delivery of projects across all Agilyx products
  • Managing customer expectations and communicating the status of issues and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners
  • Following the processes outlined in the Agilyx Implementation Methodology
  • Contributing to the development of processes and documentation to support the work of the Professional Services Team.
  • Identifying and communicating business development opportunities with new and existing clients

About You We are looking for someone who is a self-driven individual that is happy working as part of a team. You will be passionate about business improvement and customer service. You are a relationship builder and are able to anticipate client's needs.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience implementation management experience is preferable
  • Background in finance or technology-based projects is preferable
  • A minimum involvement of 2 full ERP life cycle projects is preferable
  • Solid understanding of business processes
  • PRINCE2 / PMP training preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and people skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Be customer focused, and take full accountability for delivery of outcomes
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • A very high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to take ownership of tasks and develop confidence with clients and colleagues

Location

This is a hybrid role based out of our Wellington office in New Zealand. Ideally with 3 days in the office but we are flexible.
