Hybrid Must Haves:
- Mandatory Certifications(both):
a) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
b) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Candidates must provide the email address associated with the certification for verification
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, request management
- Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support request fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of Request Management lifecycle and integration with ITSM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration. Ability to manage certificate inventory, and related ServiceNow flows
