ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, dental software, and materials to dental labs and denturist clinics.
Argen is seeking a senior Manufacturing Technician to join their new state-of-art Digital Center in Mississauga, ON. This position involves hands-on work when manufacturing high-quality customized products for dental laboratories.
Typical Daily Operations Will Include
- Receiving files from dental labs and processing them in the milling CAM and 3D printing software
- Setting up, calibrating, and operating 5 axis mills and 3D printers
- Manufacturing according to the product specifications
- Fine refining including grinding and final cleaning
- Preparing the finished product for shipping
- Maintaining the lab equipment, workspace, and files
- Performing quality assurance inspections
- Collaborating with other team members and Argen offices
Argen is looking for a strong communicator and team player with extensive experience in digital dental technology and understanding of the full digital workflow. Experience in manufacturing of dental CAD/CAM prosthetics is required for this role. Must be able to work full-time, Mon-Fri day shifts.
