Partner with the best As an Lead Project Installations Manager you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. You will be responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.

As an Lead Project Installations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments
  • being the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes
  • making sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets
  • addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out.
  • acting as innovator, creating execution models suitable of large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies
  • Leading efforts to create suitable execution models of unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies.
  • Covering all project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs. Working to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners, orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties and developing new processes to harmonize systems and procedures
  • Testing and validation of an equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use. - includes Performance Services, Performance tests

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPCs companies
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level
  • Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills
  • Be proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash
  • Have a thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management
  • Have good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as in energy transition technologies such hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal and energy storage
  • Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations
  • Have a project management certification from accredited institute (eg. PMP, IPMA)

Partner with the best As an Account Manager , you will be responsible for:

  • Completing assignments in as safe and professional manner
  • Responsible for (and accountable to) your customers within your geographic area
  • Work closely with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within an assigned territory.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant or facility executives.
  • Generate and execute sales plans in an assigned customer base and new customer accounts to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
  • Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer complaints, escalating as required.
  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
  • Actively sell and support Baker Hughes innovations and technology inclusive of the upstream chemical program at assigned customer location to promote long term business.
  • Possible travel within assigned sales territory
  • Have a thorough knowledge regarding all of your treatment programs in the field

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Post Secondary Education
  • 5 years oil and gas experience – field based
  • Professionalism and technical merit
  • Presentation skills
  • Good understanding of profit and loss financials
  • Strong time management skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible rotation work schedule (days on / 7 days off)

Desired Characteristics:

  • Basic chemical knowledge is an asset
  • Computer Literacy - Microsoft word and excel
  • Good understanding of oil and gas process systems
