How You’ll Contribute
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue across Assemble’s product portfolio, with a primary focus on event-led demand strategies across diverse audiences. You will design and implement buyer-centric demand systems that leverage persona-based targeting, journey orchestration, and marketing automation to support scalable acquisition and pipeline acceleration.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with no people-management responsibilities. You will function as a campaign owner and cross-functional orchestrator, partnering closely with Sales, Events, Content, Design, Marketing, and RevOps to transform executive summits and communities into consistent, measurable pipeline drivers. You will also play a key role in ensuring demand initiatives remain aligned, data-driven, and continuously optimized.
In this role, you will:
- Own end-to-end demand strategy for executive summits, from pre-event acquisition through post-event pipeline acceleration
- Partner with Events and Sales to define ICPs, attendance targets, and pipeline objectives
- Plan and execute integrated pre-, onsite-, and post-event campaigns across email, paid, content, sales plays, and nurture
- Align attendee engagement with structured and timely sales follow-up
- Drive high-volume event acquisition while maintaining audience quality through precise targeting
- Define buyer personas and design full-funnel journeys from acquisition and registration to attendance and conversion
- Build and optimize automated workflows using behavioral signals to power promotion, follow-up, and nurture
- Lead paid acquisition strategy and use performance data to refine audiences, messaging, and spend
- Own campaigns end-to-end, managing timelines, cross-functional coordination, and delivery standards
- Measure pipeline impact, track event-driven revenue, and continuously optimize in partnership with Sales and RevOps
What Sets You Up for Success
You don’t need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 4–8 years in Demand Generation, Growth, or B2B Marketing with a track record of owning campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
- Experience leading demand for events, field marketing, or live B2B programs, including persona development and journey mapping
- Strong hands-on background in marketing automation, lifecycle orchestration, and integrated paid media strategy
- Systems thinker who connects targeting, campaigns, automation, and sales follow-up into scalable demand engines
- Data-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Skilled project manager and cross-functional collaborator with strong communication and follow-through
- Experience working across multiple products and partnering closely with Sales; background in B2C, B2B2C, or large-scale events is a plus
