At NVIDIA, we are seeking an organized, proactive, and service-focused Office Manager to lead workplace operations at our Toronto office. We rely on this role as the primary contact for workplace and facilities matters, helping us maintain smooth daily operations and a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment that aligns with NVIDIA’s global standards. This is an on-site position requiring daily presence at the Toronto office. This role involves managing facility-related issues during business hours and may require being contacted outside of regular hours for urgent matters, using discretion to respond as appropriate. The Office Manager works closely with Site Leaders, Finance, the RESS Regional Lead, and cross-functional teams. They support operational needs, maintain consistent service delivery, and implement workplace guidelines. This role also plays an important part in improving employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and overall service quality through collaboration with key partners.
What you'll be doing:
In the role of office management, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Site Leaders, the RESS Regional Lead, and employees on day-to-day operational matters, ensuring smooth and efficient site operations.
- Oversee all aspects of site operations including reception, security, business continuity, emergency response, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), ergonomics, sustainability initiatives, food services, office supplies, records retention, asset management, and recycling programs.
- Manage and continuously improve the physical workplace to ensure it is safe, compliant, functional, and supports employee productivity.
- Partner with Site Leadership and the RESS Regional Lead to build and sustain an outstanding employee experience, including supporting action planning from employee surveys, NV Suggestion Box feedback, and site meeting insights while collaborating cross-functionally to drive engagement initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and the RESS Regional Lead to prepare, manage, and forecast site operating budgets while identifying opportunities to optimize facilities management costs without reducing service levels.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, insurance requirements, and risk management processes, serving as the primary liaison with landlord property management.
- Lead space planning and facilities coordination including occupancy and seating plans, office moves, expansions, and facilities projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), while managing visits from internal leaders, external guests, and regulatory agencies.
- Support site logistics and operations including corporate shipping and receiving, global trade activities, IT partnership for new hire setup, telecommunications, videoconferencing, lab/site requirements, and lead Global Citizenship initiatives such as employee events, charitable programs, and community engagement.
What we need to see:
- 8+ years of proven experience in office management, facilities management, or a similar operational leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 85,000 CAD - 135,000 CAD.
