Ensure the quality, compliance and efficiency of document processes while supporting the continuous improvement of BBA's quality system

Manage the document life cycle in accordance with internal requirements and applicable standards, including ISO 9001
-
Assist internal teams in creating, classifying, approving and publishing their documents

Revise and format technical, administrative and operational documents to ensure consistency and compliance
-
Help standardize, optimize and automate document processes

Help manage and improve Quality department processes

Provide general administrative support, as needed

**Summary of certifications and job requirements
-
College or vocational diploma in a relevant field (documentation, office automation, administration, information management or equivalent)
-
From three to five years of relevant experience in a similar position (archives, quality department or regulated environment)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
-
Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects

Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
-
Intermediate Spanish skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in South America; you may need to use Spanish occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
-
Asset: experience with a document management system (e.g., M-Files, SharePoint)
-
Asset: knowledge of MS Visio or another process modelling tool**
