Job Opening : Program Manager Location: Brampton,ON Work Mode: From Office (Hybrid)
Program Manager – Cable Platform Integration & Transformation Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale cable platform integration and transformation programs with expertise in Maestro and related ecosystem integrations. Drive consolidation of Ordering, Provisioning, Fulfillment, and Customer Management platforms and processes. Identify and resolve business and technology gaps across regional platforms. Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver complex integration initiatives. Develop and present executive-level updates, business cases, and governance reviews to VPs and C-level executives. Required Experience 10+ years of Program Management experience in Telecom/Cable environments. Strong experience with Maestro, platform integration, migration, and system consolidation programs. Deep understanding of Ordering, Provisioning, Activation, and Fulfillment processes. Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and integration initiatives. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, PowerPoint, and presentation skills. Preferred Telco and Maestro experience is a must have PMP/PgMP/Agile certification. Experience leading enterprise-wide telecom modernization programs.
