You will explore initiatives related to artificial intelligence, experiment, and participate in the implementation of initiatives aimed, among other things, at continuous improvement and the evolution of business practices.

What You Will Accomplish With Us As a Business Improvement Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing efficiency and helping implement effectiveness strategies that support current business needs and future evolution.
- Guiding managers throughout the optimization process—from identifying the most promising initiatives to measuring concrete results—while involving the right stakeholders at the appropriate time.
- Supporting the development of a proactive culture of efficiency and agility that promotes accountability among stakeholders.
- Contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives and promoting these initiatives to increase visibility and alignment, thus supporting “lateral learning” within Investia.
- Staying informed on innovative practices by conducting benchmarking and research, for example.
- Implementing visual management (See together – Understand together – Act together) to support corporate alignment.
- Defining efficiency and innovation KPIs and monitoring their evolution.
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We are looking for someone who has:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Lean fundamentals (an asset)
- Strong communication, mobilization, and influencing skills
- Curiosity and interest in exploring new ideas for inspiration
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, creativity, and proactivity
- A learning mindset and comfort working in ambiguity
- Ease working in a sales and distribution environment (an asset)
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Advanced proficiency in English, as the role involves regular collaboration and interaction with clients who are often English-speaking only.
