About the role

Job Description The Paris Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) is one of three Canadian PDCs that receives and distributes thousands of automotive service parts to our dealers across Canada, and is an integral part of the Ford Motor Company organization.

Openings: Two (2) Network Planning Interns

Work Location: Paris, ON

Work Model: Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • This position will play a role in supporting Ford dealerships by working in partnership with our parts operations, logistics and supply teams across our three Canada-wide Parts Distribution Centres.

  • Supporting the Network Planning Manager on various initiatives as needed

  • Potential projects could include:

  • Supporting seasonal marketing program planning and distribution

  • Working with key stakeholders to update and maintain process documentation

  • Supporting strategies to reduce vehicles off-road (VORs)

  • Assist in data analysis, where needed, in the area of quality, customer satisfaction, inventory and parts sales

  • Help identify and assist with solutions to create operational efficiencies

  • Other projects as identified or required

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Business or Engineering
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
  • Interest in the automotive and/or material planning and logistics Industry
  • Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset
  • Candidates must be available May to August 2026
