What You’ll Be Contributing: Demand Planning & Material Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for materials and components based on project schedules, lead-times, and historical data;
  • Collaborate with supply chain and project teams to align material requirements with construction timelines.

Scheduling & Site Coordination

  • Create and update each Project Procurement Tracker to support site activities and project milestones;
  • Coordinate with site teams and logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Inventory & Risk Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory;
  • Identify supply risks and with collaboration with key stakeholders develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of operations.

Power BI Dashboard Development

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards to track KPIs such as site schedule (plan vs actual), logistics tracking, inventory health, and supplier performance;
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through data visualization and reporting.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements;
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and automation projects within the supply chain function.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field;
  • 5 plus years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in construction or EPC environments;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems; Strong knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus;
  • Knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, and risk management principles;
  • Python programing specialization;
  • Experience with data analytics tools and forecasting models;
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Professional certifications such as SCMP, CPIM, or CSCP are an asset.
